Q.1 How do I submit a manuscript for publication?
Ans. Author(s) or contributors are invited to submit their research papers through email (editors.ijmsir.us@gmail.com). You can also submit a paper online on our website. To submit the paper online click here.
Q.2 Can I submit multiple papers for a single issue?
Ans. You can submit more than one paper for a single issue but we strongly recommend you to submit a single paper per issue.
Q.3 How much time does your journal take to publish my paper/article?
Ans. Paper/article submitted to IJMSIR will initially be screened by the editor and if it is found suitable for a review then sent to a reviewer(s). The review process will take a maximum of two weeks.
Q.4 What is the frequency of publication of IJMSIR?
Ans. IJMSIR is a bimonthly online International journal and publishes every two months.
Q.5 When I get an acceptance notification?
Ans. Once your paper will be reviewed, an editor will send you an acceptance notification via email.
Q.6 Where can I find the copyright form and paper template?

Q.7 How can I be a reviewer or editorial board member?
Ans. To become a part of IJMSIR as a reviewer or editorial board member, you need to submit your profile by downloading the form here and then forward it to the email- editors.ijmsir.us@gmail.com
Q.8 How can I download my certificate of publication?
Ans. A certificate will be sent to your email immediately a day after online publication
Q.9 Is your journal indexed in a database or UGC?
Ans. STUIJT is indexed with the National and International database.
Q.10 Which subject areas are covered in your journal for publication?
Ans. To know about the subject areas or disciplines covered in IJMSIR go to the Author Guide on our website.
Q.11 I want to get my paper published on an urgent basis, will you?
Ans. Please note that your publication will solely depend upon the reviewer(s) decision based on the article having a satisfactory plagiarism level as per UGC guidelines. We cannot assure you of urgent publication.
Q.12 If I publish my article in this Peer-Reviewed (refereed) journal, will my article consider for an award of Mphil/ PhD Degree/ Academic promotion?
Ans. As per UGC Regulation, it is valid. For more clarification see the below regulations;
(1) UGC Regulation 2016 for Award of PhD/ Mphil Degree
(2) UGC Regulation 2018 for Minimum Qualification
Q.13 Will you issue a separate certificate with a single author’s name in case of an article is jointly authored by several authors?
Ans. The article having a single author’s contribution will only get a certificate in his/her name. In the case of joint contributors/ several authors, we do not issue a separate certificate to each author having a single name of that author.
Q.14 My promotion is due next month and I need several papers to be published in your journal in the backdate issue?
Ans. Please note that we do not publish any article in backdate issue. We only accept the articles for an upcoming issue or current issue in case submissions are open for those issues.
Q.15 How much plagiarised content of the article is allowed?
Ans. As per UGC maximum of 10%, plagiarism is allowed. For further clarification please refer to our Plagiarism Policy.
